Sending new Responses to Webhooks
Connect your website's contact widget to 3rd party services via Webhooks, and get instantly notified when a user sends a response. Use tinyDialog to gain actionable insights from customers.
What is a Webhook?
Webhooks are a way that apps can exchange automated messages to other services. They are triggered when an action occurs (when a new response is submitted to your tinyDialog contact widget), and send the response's data to a 3rd party service like Zapier or n8n. Other services like Discord, Slack, or Airtable also use Webhooks under the hood.
Using Webhooks to forward new user feedback
To create a Webhook connection, open the tinyDialog dashboard, go to the "Setup & Connections" for your survey and press "Create Data-Connector".
When creating a new Webhook-type Data-Connector, you can select service-specific Webhook-Data presets or just use the generic default template.
In the data connector creation menu, you can also see examples of the data that will be sent for each template.
